Trinidad’s rum-making history goes back to the 18th century. Today’s Trinidadian rums are crafted with a combination of molasses and sugarcane juice, for a range of flavors from sweet and rich to more complex and nuanced. The island is also famous for Angostura bitters, beloved by bartenders!
