Peru’s unique geography on the west coast of South America, and the multiple microclimates it contains, give this terroir its distinctive character. In comparison to the Caribbean islands, this land along the Pacific Ocean produces rums with more pronounced floral notes.

Our story

Peruvian rums strike a balance between sweetness and complexity, offering a combination of caramel, vanilla, and fruit notes, often with a subtle herbal or floral undertone. The influence of moderate to high ester levels makes for a pronounced fruity bouquet.
