Deep in a fertile valley of the Azuero Peninsula, Destilerias de las Cabras distills rum from 100% Panamanian molasses in column stills. A bespoke strain of pineapple yeast in the fermentation tank gives these rums a deliciously fruity profile with sophisticated spicy notes.

Panamanian rums are loved for their smooth and mellow character, spiced up by cinnamon and nutmeg and enriched with banana and pineapple. Interaction with the wood of oak barrels gives these rums notes of vanilla and caramel.
