Guatemala’s mountain ranges reach 2,300 meters into the sky. The ageing warehouses of the Destiladora de Alcoholes y Rones distillery are the highest in the world. There, rums in wood barrels share their flavors in the unique “Sistema Solera” ageing process and develop complex character in the fresh mountain air.
