In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Black Cask Series, this special bottling is the result of Planteray Rum’s signature double-ageing process which gives the rum its great complexity, refinement, and subtle toasted notes.


Black Cask

Following distillation in Barbados and Paraguay, the rum is aged in its countries of origin for several years in white oak casks. It is then shipped to the south-west of France, where it is matured in heavily toasted oak Ferrand casks which gives the rum its delicate smoky notes.
