Tasting notes

Nose

It starts with a fruity profile of pineapple, citrus, quince with delicate notes of acacia honey and bourbon cask.

Palate

Rich and complex, it follows the nose with mango and peach, cooked pear and toasted almond, red pepper and butter.

Finish

Very long with mushroom, straw, corn and hazelnut.
