Tasting notes

Nose

Fresh and fragrant, it starts with fruity, flowery and grassy notes on citrus, honey, broom, hop and black currant bud. It then evolves on spicy and woody notes of vanilla, pepper, curry, box tree and nuts.

Palate

Sweet and delicate on banana, passion fruit and gooseberry jam with green apple and green pepper.
