Tasting notes

Nose

Powerful, it starts with a woody, spicy and fruity profile reminiscent of an old rye whiskey and calvados at the same time.

Tons of tropical fruits, papaya, passion fruit, orange, cider apple, and red berries, framed by leather, pine sap long pepper.

Dry and elegant with a more vegetal profile of sage, cardamom, dried apricot berries, and farm cider, with rich woody notes of cider and sandalwood. It then evolves to cloves, licorice, and orange zest.
