Tasting notes

Nose

It starts with an intense note of varnish rapidly followed by fruity, vanilla and rye whiskey notes. It then evolves on wood smoke with a balsamic touch.

Palate

Rich quite woody, it reminds the nose with fruity notes of cooked pear, lemon, banana and kiwi and dryer notes of ginger, pepper, almond and nutmeg.

Finish

Long and rather dry with milk chocolate, walnut and banana.
