Tasting notes

Nose

Very intense, it starts with custard and banana flambé, followed by aromas of peach, hazelnut and quince with some seaweed. It then evolves into marzipan and orange.

Palate

Very tropical, gently smoky and fresh, mostly on passion fruit and citrus with tons of vanilla and fresh herbal notes, like mint and eucalyptus. Mineral on charcoal.
