Tasting notes


Complex and elegant, it starts with nutmeg, oak, cherry, blackberry and then come deeper notes of coffee, leather and walnut. It evolves on raisins, prunes, fig and cocoa.


Full and elegant, the first sips are quite spicy with cinnamon and cloves, followed by butterscotch and coconut. The come delicate notes of citrus, honeysuckle and pepper.


The Banyuls kicks back with tobacco and rancio balanced by cooked banana and hazelnut.
