Tasting notes


Very elegant, deep and complex, the first notes are dominated by varnish with perry / pear cider, almost reminding a calvados Domfrontais. Then comes the classic but extremely sought after bouquet of extra old Borderies cognac on passion fruit, violet, port wine and amarena cherry.


Full and elegant, the Bajan rum merges perfectly with the cognac to bring in more marasquino liqueur as well as fresh minty notes. The oak brings in notes of almond and soft spiced.


Long and powerful with rich rancio, spicy and floral notes at the same time.
