Nose

Complex and delicate, starting with nutmeg, vanilla, raisin, apricot, citrus and coconut. It then evolves on honeysuckle, rose, tobacco and berries.

Palate

Round and elegant, notes of lemon curd, persimmon, pineapple, almond and hazelnut. Evolving on pepper, curry, butterscotch and dried banana.
