Trinidad’s rum-making history goes back to the 18th century. Today’s Trinidadian rums are crafted with a combination of molasses and sugarcane juice, for a range of flavors from sweet and rich to more complex and nuanced. The island is also famous for Angostura bitters, beloved by bartenders!

Trinidad rums are celebrated for their complex and layered flavor profiles, which can include notes of tropical fruits, spices, caramel, vanilla, and even a hint of smokiness. Dense pastry notes are balanced by light floral freshness.
