Ingredients
30ml Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple

30ml Xaymaca Special Dry

15ml Ferrand Dry Curaçao

22.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

10ml Orgeat syrup

7.5ml Sugar syrup

How to make it
1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
2. Serve in an old-fashioned glass
3. Garnish: Half lime wedge, mint sprig and fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino cherry)
