30ml Planteray Rum O.F.T.D.

20ml Planteray Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple

15ml Falernum

30ml Pineapple juice

22ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

5ml Grenadine

4 dashes Absinthe

How to make it

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

2. Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

3. Garnish: Mint bouquet
